«Baptism     W H Shattuck     Aug 7th 01 

Will Howard, son of Milo A Shattuck, enginer (or engine driver) of the town of Lyndonville State of Vermont. United States of America and of Anne Bell M^c Auley his wife, was born on the fourteenth day of October one thousand nine hundred and was baptized by me on the seventh day of August one thousand one hundred and one in presence f the subcribing witnesses
