«CertainsOstiguy ont changé leur nom de famille OSTIGUY pour AUSTIN principalement lorsqu’ils allaient travailler aux États-Unis ou encore étaient dans un milieu anglais. 

L’ancêtredes Ostiguy est Dominique Ostiguy dit Domingue. Certains descendants ont gardé le nom de OSTIGUY, d’autres ont pris le nom de DOMINGUE.»
