Les registres de l'International Advent Church de Waterloo pour le 21 juin 1900 font état de l'acte de naissance suivant : 

«Elmore John son and issue of John Wesley Bockus laborer and Margaret Elizabeth Peacock his wife of the Township of Brome County of Brome Province of Quebec was born in the said Township of Brome on the twenty second day of November in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and ninety nine.

     And was registrated on the twenty first day of June nineteen hundred. The parents here sign with the undersigned Minister acknowlegge the above record to be correct.
