Mort à la suite d'une chute de cheval

Les registres de l'Anglican Cathedral Holy Trinity Church de Québec pour le 28 octobre 1838 font état de l'acte de sépulture suivant :

«Adams Buried

Samuel Adams of the City of Quebec, Horse Trainer, Coroners warrant "who on the twenty six day of October, instant, at the Parish of Quebec, died from wounds accidentally received by falling from a Horse" and was buried on the twenty eight of the same month in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight.
