Samuel Adams, of the City of Quebec, Horse Trainer, Coroner's Warrant "whom the
twenty six day of October instant at the Parish of Quebec, died from wounds
accidentally received by falling from a horse", and was buried the twenty
eight of the same month in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
thirty eight.
