Des précisions peu fréquentes dans un acte de sépulture

Les registres de l'église Christian Brethren de Montréal pour le 9 septembre 1914 font état de l'acte de sépulture suivant : 

«Death of Herbert Sydney Warner 

   Herbert Sydney Warner, son of Thomas and Mary Warner, residing at Two Thousand and Ten St. Dominique Street, Montreal, died in Royal Victoria Hospitle, September Seventh in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen. Aged thirty years.
His death was due to injuries received in discharge of duties as brakeman on Canadian Pacific Railroad.
   Bu authority of Coroner's certificate, the deceased was buried in Lot one hundred and sixty, Section P., of Mount Royal Cemetery. Funeral Services were conducted by the undersigned Elder of Mount Royal Brethren church on September ninth of same year.
