Un suicide sur le fleuve Saint-Laurent

Les registres de l'Anglican Cathedral Holy Trinity Church de Québec pour le 27 juillet 1841 font état de l'acte de sépulture suivant : 

«Connelly buried 

George Connelly, late of the City of Quebec, Peddlar, Coroner's Warrant "who on the twentieth day of July instant, at th Parish of Quebec, while labouring under mental derangement, threw himself from a Horse boat into the River Saint Lawrence, by which he was unfortunately drowned", was buried , on the twenty-seventh of the same month, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty-one.
